Matthew J. Allen, DDS

matthew-allen-pooler-dentistAfter receiving a BS in biology from the University of Toledo, Dr. Allen earned his DDS from Ohio State University. He is committed to helping our patients understand their overall oral and facial health while providing them with personalized, state of the art treatment solutions. Dr. Allen founded Godley Station Dental in 2004 with a desire to build a patient centered practice where he could offer his experience and a level of service that helped patients look forward to trips to the dentist.

Constantly in pursuit of excellence, Dr. Allen has trained extensively with some of the nation's finest cosmetic and reconstructive dentists including the Ross Nash Institute and the Hornbrook Group. In addition, he is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, The American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and The Crown Council. Dr. Allen strongly believes in continuing education and strives to stay at the forefront of the profession.

Dr. Allen and his wife, Melinda, are the proud parents of two sons, Brayden and Avery, and one daughter, Leighton. Outside of the practice, Dr. Allen enjoys playing golf and tennis, boating, travel, and spending time with his friends and family. He has also been a frequent volunteer at the Union Mission homeless shelter in Savannah.

Catherine Hatch, DMD

catherine-hamlin-pooler-dentistDr. Hatch has been a dedicated member of our team since joining us in 2013. She enjoys working with patients to improve their oral health and make an impact on individual’s lives every day. Since she was five years old, Dr. Hatch has wanted to be a dentist and help patients overcome dental fears and give them new reasons to smile. She is dedicated to offering patients exceptional care, and is proud to have the opportunity to do so working with her dedicated team every day. Dr. Hatch earned her doctor of dental medicine from the University of Alabama in Birmingham Dental School. During her dentistry studies, Dr. Hatch was recognized as the American Student Dental Association President.

Dedicated to lifelong learning, Dr. Hatch retains memberships in the American Dental Association, the State of Georgia Dental Association, the Savannah Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Additionally, Dr. Hatch has completed numerous post-doctoral training programs including a 15 hour dental esthetics continuum and training in short term orthodontics, Botox and dermal fillers, and dental sleep medicine for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea.

Dr. Hatch was raised in a tight-knit family and was the oldest of four children. Her husband, David, is a native of Rome, GA. They enjoy listening to music and attending concerts. Dr. Hatch is an active member of St. John the Baptist Parish of Savannah. When Dr. Hatch has time, going to the beach, running, and a self-proclaimed foodie she enjoys cooking. One of Dr. Hatch's favorite things to do is travel, and she spent several months following college backpacking through Europe. Additionally, Dr. Hatch has participated in mission trips to Costa Rica and Nicaragua.

Heather M. Duffy, DDS

heather-brown-pooler-dentistDr. Duffy graduated with her DDS from Baylor College of Dentistry after completing her BS in Chemistry at Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi. After graduating Dental School she served six years on active duty with the U.S Navy and resigned her commission as a Lieutenant Commander. During her time in the military she completed two tours at MCRD Parris Island in Beaufort, SC and a two-year assignment on the USS OAK HILL (LSD-51) a Naval ship stationed out of Virginia Beach, VA.

Dr. Duffy believes in creating an environment where patients know that they are receiving dental care from someone who truly cares about them as an individual. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry and has received over 200 hours of continuing education over her military career. She looks forward to continuing to learn and grow with the dental community and is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association and the Georgia Dental Association.

As the daughter of a Naval Officer, Dr. Duffy spent most of her childhood transitioning between duty stations throughout the United States and Europe. She enjoys spending time with her family including her two sons, Miles and Owen, and friends, traveling, working out and listening to country music. She is excited to finally settle down and grow roots in Savannah with her husband Patrick, an engineer at Gulfstream, and their three dogs Sadie, Molly and Barkley.

Joshua S. White, DMD

dr-white-pooler-dentistDr. White was born and raised in Newnan, GA, but he has always had strong ties to Coastal Georgia. After receiving his BS in Biology from Georgia Southern in 2006, he moved to Augusta, GA to pursue his lifelong goal of becoming a dentist. He gained valuable work experience as a dental lab technician and dental assistant before his acceptance to the Dental College of Georgia. Throughout dental school, Dr. White was actively involved in the America Student Dental Association and Georgia Dental Association, traveling around the county for various conferences and participating in lobbying events to promote dental legislature. After dental school, he furthered his dental education by completing a two year General Practice Residency, gaining advanced training in sedation dentistry and dental implants. Dr. White maintains memberships within the Georgia Dental Association, American Dental Association, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and was inducted as a fellow into the International Congress of Oral Implantologists in January of 2017.

Dr. White's wife, Shay, is an Augusta native who enjoys her career as a Physician Assistant. Dr. White is an accomplished sailor and continues to serve as a Board Member for the Augusta Sailing Club, where he and Shay are active members. He participates in various sailing events and regattas across the southeast and looks forward to getting more involved in the sailing community here in Savannah. In his free time, Dr. White enjoys home improvement projects and traveling to see live music every chance he gets.

Dr. White was fortunate to have outstanding mentors who have guided his dental career, instilling an impeccable work ethic and genuine concern for his patients. He is committed to providing compassionate and thorough care to his patients and is excited to serve the Pooler and greater Savannah area.

Chase W. Fetters, DMD

Dr. Chase W. Fetters graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 2013. He was selected for the U.S. Navy Health Professions Scholarship Program and served almost six years in the United States Navy as a dentist supporting marines at both Camp Lejeune and Parris Island. Dr. Fetters completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry certificate program and is passionate about quality dentistry in a relaxed atmosphere.

Dr. Fetters has a loving family, his wife Kimberly, who is also a dentist, and their two children Caden and Avery. He spends his free time reading Sci-Fi/Fantasy epics and making valiant attempts at gardening. When he moved to the low-country, he fell in love and knew this was where he wanted to stay.
